I was immediately impressed by the warm welcome from the staff, who made me feel right at home. The hotel's attention to detail is evident in the small touches, like the coffee and fruit juice machine on the 5th floor with its lovely patio area. Even arriving at 1 am, I was delighted to find a bowl of fresh fruit awaiting me. The rooms are excellent, with a comfortable bed and a wonderful hot shower that was just what I needed after a long day of exploring.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! the value for money is outstanding - I couldn't believe what I got for the price I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was incredible - from the little bowl of fruit in the room to the wonderful hot shower with balcony, every aspect was well thought out. Lastly, the location in the heart of Alzira town centre was perfect - I was able to explore the local area easily.

No complaints whatsoever - everything was absolutely fine.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The free breakfast provided was a nice touch. They also offered a complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station, which was very convenient. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the main shopping district and restaurants.

The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been, and we had some issues with the hot water in the shower. the walls were quite thin so we could hear some noise from the surrounding rooms.

The hotel's prime location is a bonus for tourists who want to visit the city. the central location allows one to visit most of the city's attractions on foot. the rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and cozy. Visitors can enjoy the warm showers after a day of touring the city. the staff are hospitable and attentive, offering customized services to visitors.

Breakfast options are limited.

the location of the hotel was great - close to many restaurants and public transport. the room was spacious and had good amenities, and I especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee and fruit available on my floor.

The breakfast served at the hotel wasn't to my liking as it mostly consisted of sweet items. the cleaning solution used in the room had a strong odor which was uncomfortable, and the noise from the street made it hard to sleep.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, rooms are comfortable and well-sized, continental breakfast is served personally, convenient location with public parking option, attentive staff response to incidents.

I liked the cozy feel of this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was close to the town square. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, and the transportation was convenient.
